Shipping Policy

At BEAMERGY, we value each and every single customer!

Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 business days from the date that it is placed.


PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

  • It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our pre-order page for more detailed information.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.


SHIPPING TIMES

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 7 business days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

We only ship directly from the United States. The delivery time depends on the country you live in, item stock status or the shipping method you chose for your order.


ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 1-3 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • Usually, it takes about 1-25 days to some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy

CUSTOMS & TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:

Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (support@beamergy.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order number (#BE?????) along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
